A place / History
The
Relais du Coche is a ancient relay of post situated
in the heart of the village of Eyguières.
Completely restored, it is now an elegant and traditional
restaurant. Formed to the catering school of Manosque
and having acquired a robust experiment at "
La belle Aurore "in the town of Saint Maxime,
at " Chamois d'or " in Alpe d'Huez, and
" Francis Robin " at Salon de Provence,
Thierry Armand takes the management of this establishment
In 1993.
With
his team, he invites you to discover the typical
and sophisticated savours prepared with a selection
of the best products of the region.
In
the summer months, you lunch or dine on the terrace
flooded by the Virginia creeper whereas the centenarian
plane tree play with the shadow and the light.
In
the first wintry weather, you are welcomed in room
where ancient boxes for horses share the space
on small places of intimacy. The crackling of the
fire in the fireplace accompany your journey in
the country of the pleasure of the taste.
The
Relais du Coche is an address for the gourmets ,
selected since 1995 by the Guide Michelin, and the
Guide Champerard. An precious address where the
kitchen ceaselessly renewed will surprise you !
